The Chief Minister, YS.Rajasekhara Reddy during his tour of 'Rajiv Palle Bata' in the Assembly segments of Srikakulam and Etcherla in Srikakulam district on Sunday, said all the promises made by the congress during the elections would be fulfilled. During his visit, he accorded some sanctions on the spot. He promised completion of all irrigation projects and bring the Godavari water to the district. Addressing a public meeting at Srikakulam, the Chief Minister promised completion of the Vamsadhara Phase II project within one year and Thotapalli irrigation project in three years.
