Says he will primary membership of the party
The former Minister and senior Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader Tammineni Seetaram on Wednesday announced his resignation as convenor of District Adhoc Committee and faxed the same to Party Chief. Speaking at a press conference, he said that he was resigning from the party post for being compelled by the Party High Command to support the candidature of Gorle Hari Babu, rebel Congress candidate in place of the party's official candidate S Sudhakar. He further said that he would continue as the primary member and his resignation is not a revolt against the party leadership but to make the voice of the party workers heard.
