Palasa-Kasibugga to go for elections in December

Municipality Elections brings cheer to political workers

The Minicipal office at Palasa received a fax message from the State Election Commission giving the schedule for the Palasa-Kasibugga Municipality Elections. The Notification was released by AVS Reddy and was released to the press by the Municipal Commissioner Boddepalli Ramu.

The schedule for the elections is as follows:

Release of voters list (ward-wise): November 12
Submitting of Nominations from candidates: November 12 to November 16 (from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
Last date for filing of nominations: November 16
Scrutiny/verification of nominations: November 17
Last date for recall/withdrawal of nominations by candidates: November 20
Announcement of list of candidates: November 20
Date of Elections: December 3
Counting of votes: December 5
