Telugu Desam Party leaders say that Government is deceiving youth by promising 15 lakh jobs when there are just 5 lakh jobs in the State.
TDP Politburo member Yanamala Ramakrishnudu said that the Chief Minister is deceiving the youth by promising 15 lakh jobs in the next three years. He questioned the Chief Minister to reveal the number of jobs the State Government has created.
Speaking at a party meeting in Sompeta, Ramakrishnudu questioned how it is possible to create 15 lakh jobs when there are only 5 lakh jobs in all Government departments in the State. He said that TDP will oppose all industries along the coastal line that would hurt the region. He also blamed the former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy for giving approvals for such industries to be set up. He also demanded the immediate cancellation of 109 companies in SEZ's.
Former Minister and TDP Politburo member Kinjarapu Yerrannaidu said that people have been waiting since a long time for the verdict in the disproportionate assets case against Jagan Mohan Reddy. He said that the State and Central Governments have never bothered to act on his complaints against corruption in the former CM Rajasekhara Reddy's Government, and that is why he had to go to the court in Jagan Mohan Reddy's case.
Yerrannaidu said that the former Speaker has suspended the assembly 10 times when the TDP has demanded a discussion on illegal activities of Gali Janardhan Reddy. He also alleged the role of former Chief Minister YSR in helping Janardhan Reddy.
