APSRTC Srikakulam Depot 1 losing Rs 4 lakhs per day because of Samaikyandhra movement bundh

The Srikakulam Depot 1 of the Andhra Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) is clocking a loss of Rs. 5 to 6 lakhs every day because of the bundh that is happening as a part of Samaikyandhra movement according to the data shared by the Depot Manager Macchireddy Sanyasirao to the media. He reviewed the bundh in at Subhadrapuram and Chilakalapalem.
The APSRTC Depot lost Rs. 4 lakhs per day in the first four days of the bundh followed by Rs. 5 lakhs and Rs. 6 lakhs in the following two days.
He requested the supports of the Samaikyandhra movement to consider the situation of APSRTC and extend their support by allowing the playing of RTC busses. He also asked for the support of the commuters and the student-parent community in bringing RTC out of losses.
